Ex relationship question. men's advice would be great?

Ok here is the deal.. I am 21 years old and my ex is 23. We were together a year and broke up about a month ago. He says he broke up with me cuz he thought our relationship was moving toward something serious even tho i told him a million times that im extrememly afraid of commitment and don't plan on ever getting married (my parents have been married 4 times). Anywho.. so we broke up and he still wants to try to talk all the time and even asks me to ';hook up'; with him. He makes up stories to try to make me jealous and then apologizes days later. For example: he will be at home but he will tell me he is out. Or he even told me he had sex with a woman but then told me he made it up to see how i would react. What is he trying to do?





I really care about him a lot but i still dont get why he broke up with me and why he insists we keep in contact even tho i have told him numerous times that i don't think we should talk. What should i do? Stop talking to him and maybe he will realize what he lost? Or just forget about it?Ex relationship question. men's advice would be great?
Yeah it's pretty simple. Stop talking to him. You even told him yourself.
