Please help....men & women advice on what i need to change about my looks/pics included?

i am looking for lots of response to my last question....i only have 7 answers. great answers but i want more input....can you all please look at my page and its the only open question...first one. i am going out today to get my hair done so any advice is appreciated....and if i need to lose weight which im pretty sure i do. also wanted to add that im 5'2';..im just sick of how i look and need some changes

I think this question is detrimental to your self-esteem. You may think you want the absolute truth but nobody likes to hear negative remarks about themselves.
