ladies, what advice would u give a man whos been shy his whole life and is afraid of rejection and embarrassment. my biggest problem is that when i try to talk to a woman i begin think of how maybe i wont be able to satisfy her in any way. like when im walking a pass a beautiful woman, i feel as though i should say something, but i never really know what to say.Advice for shy men from women?
It helps to actually know someone rather than just select a random passing beautiful woman. I've had lots of guy friends who are shy, and I've noticed that they're much better at relationships when they've been friends with the woman for a while. It takes some tension off and makes it much more easy for them to have a good conversation.
And I think that most people are afraid of rejection. You'll just have to build up the courage to say something!
