Need men's advice on boys!?

So there is this guy and kept saying how hot I was to everyone but every time we tried hanging out it didn't work and then he started not returning my phone calls and being flaky and weird and so I just kept saying that I was giving up on him and I haven't seen him all summer but I STILL LIKE HIM :(

He sounds like a jerk, or he may have someone else already. You should move on and find a guy that shows you he is interested at all times.
